The kids went on a little holiday to Lake Conjola - so we went a surprised them for a day out!!

This sandwich needs an introduction - You can find such perfection at a little cafe on Crown St, Wollongong, Sandygoodwich - makes the best and most creative sandwiches ever!!

They call it - My Beef with Korea. It has beef brisket, roast aubergine (egg plant), Kim Chi (Korean spiced pickled cabbage) and some spiced aioli. John nearly asked the chef to marry him after he ate this....

Then it was time to pack up our stuff say our goodbyes and head toward London via Koh Samui Thailand. Ma n Pa Ham wanted to see us off so we went to Sydney for a night before the flight. We stayed down at Darling Harbour, enjoyed some more time together and headed out to Surrey Hills to catch up with some old mates over a few beverages.
